Healthcare should not be provided by the government as free 100%. Every procedure should cost something. The bureaucracy of the health care billing system should be overhauled. This is a large percantage of healthcare costs. Health checkups should be subsidized.

The conservatives embody the idea of modern liberalism more than actual liberals do. They want to put laws in place to make their state their own special safe space, free of men wearing dresses and uncomfortable medical procedures.
