“Yes but big pension payouts are more rare than what people think. Of course the system should be overhauled but in a way that is fair and equitable to workers while being affordable for the public to fund. If you eliminate or minimize government pensions, government will not be able to recruit and retain quality workers. They would all move to the private sector.”
