How would you feel if a law made you afraid to ask for help from the police?

I personally believe its ridiculous, why should we continue to allow illegal immigrants to flow into the country, if you come legally that's fine but its just getting ridiculous at this point.

Finally, some leaders are standing up for what's right; it's about time cities like Dallas show real backbone against these harmful immigration laws.

I think it's really commendable what the Dallas City Council is doing by standing up against the SB4 immigration law. It's about time more cities recognized the importance of protecting all their residents, showing that inclusivity and justice aren't just buzzwords but principles to stand by. This move by the council not only highlights the value of every community member but also challenges the fear and division such laws create. It's a bold step in the right direction, advocating for a more humane approach to immigration that respects human dignity and fosters a safer, more united community.

The Dallas City Council's move against SB4 just goes to show that not all government actions are misguided—sometimes they get it right by defending individual freedoms and pushing back against overbearing state laws.

It's heartening to see the Dallas City Council taking a bold step against Texas' SB4, standing up for the rights and dignity of immigrant communities. Their action not only challenges the law's harsh measures but also sends a strong message of inclusivity and support for all residents, setting a powerful example for cities nationwide.

If your city took a legal stand against a law you disagreed with, how would it change your view of your community?

What does it mean to you to live in a community that stands up for all of its residents?
