Can anyone of the Boomer-persuasion explain to me why it's good to base your entire identity on protesting the Vietnam war on campus--often in ways far more violent than anything we're seeing now--but protesting the genocidal war going on now is evil and wrong?

Israel: wrong for decades about Palestine.
Hamas: evil should be ended.
Netanyahu: evil & a war criminal.
Putin: evil & a war criminal.
Ukraine: fighting a just war.
Theocracy/totalitarianism are evil.
Peace & Freedom, man.

Boomers won't answer a simple question but will tell you that they think settler colonialism is "wrong" and opposing it is "evil". They've wasted their lives doing this
