How important is it for people to have access to uncensored information, even if it challenges the views of their government?

It is very important for citizens of the U.S.A to know what is going on in the world without it being sugarcoated.

If China wants to take certain apps down then go ahead I have no comment.

If they want it removed then ban the chinese people not us. They dont want it dont use it they have control over china we dont we will stay in our lane and they can stay in theirs

It's important because the world is so big that we would never ever be able to know what happened across the world if we didn't have phones, news, and even radios. Everyone deserves to know what can or will happen and no government should censor that

China for instance is a strict country with policies that prohibit online use and online messaging apps. This hinders the Chinese people from seeing important news around the world or even important news about their own country

its shows that the goverment dosent like the public to be educated and is a form of cencership that should not be tolerated

I think everyone should have access to uncensored information but I do think there should be a level of security getting to some information. For example a kid should not be able to pick up the internet and immediately be exposed to things kids shouldn’t see.
