I personally wouldn't mind paying higher taxes if it meant our basic right to healthcare was covered, but this will only work if the wealthy few start actually paying their dues when it comes to taxes.
The so-called "right to healthcare" doesn't mean anything but a right to use violence, brute force, and coercion (political power) on innocent human beings in order to force them to pay for your hospital bills. Not only is it illogical to believe in such a right, it's morally wrong.
