I believe that the refusal to acknowledge gender fluidity is denying someone's personal autonomy and freedom because we are all free to express ourselves in the way we choose as long as it is not a clear and present harm to other individuals.

I see a lot of people who genuinely feel as though they wish they were the opposite gender, but unfortunately there's a handful of people who abuse the idea of transgender-ism to commit vile acts. I believe if you wish to be accepted, you must be on Hormonal Therapy and have the appearance of a well groomed individual playing the part of the opposite sex. For people who are MtF (Male-To-Female), they should be asked to receive the hormonal therapy and have it covered by the Government.
