Most social programs that even mention words or terms such as "white privilege", or "equality", or especially "equity", are actually just stoking the fires of race wars and are ideas created by communists to destroy our society.

Racial prejudice is so ingrained in our society it is necessary to take these counteractive measures like affirmative action to right it, even if it initially seems extreme.

I agree that it's not just black people being frowned upon. White people have also been enslaved and race called the same way blacks have. But white people aren't the most stepped on. Black people have had it worse than them, and not just blacks, but Greeks, Mexicans, etc.

"white privilege" is often seen as a wrong term to many people who fit into the category, but white privilege is about being aware of one's privileges.
