White privilege is so embedded within our culture that the people who benefit from it refuse to see the negative affects it causes on those who aren't white. It is understandable, as humans, that it is difficult to hear when you are told that your very existence is systematically benefiting more than others. It makes you feel as if you're being villanized or hated for it, which is not the case. It is merely acknowledging that the "system" that was created for and by white people, since the founding of America, is a rigged game that only they can win. The only way to make a change within this system is to first acknowledge it.

They probably have white privilege to not understand it fully and must be taught that they should vaule the rights they got.
