Private sector customer service just from my own experience I feel there is less waiting.

The government has to focus on the needs of so many people, that there's very little chance that they can care for your needs

Customer service shouldn't determine, influence, or agree with your opinions. Its a business.

I feel like a mixed economy is the way to go and parts of socialism and capitalism should be vital parts of the economy
