Laissez-Faire is a poor way of running your country. People often struggle climbing the rungs of the economical latter we've created in this country. The system of Laissez-Faire is designed to let the people do what they need to succeed and work coherently together, people are having to pull themselves from the bootstraps to survive in this country. Laissez-Faire could have worked then but in the new day of age, people need help.

Laissez-faire capitalism is characterized by a lack of government regulation and oversight in the market. According to economists who espouse laissez-faire, the market will determine the best products, prices, and wages without governmental interference. In the decades after the American Revolution, this economic approach gained prominence and became the main policy during America's Gilded Age in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Laissez-faire is frequently credited with bringing about the Industrial revolution and the American Titans of Industry, while also spurring the government oversight and regulation that still exists today.
