when someone speaks a different language I feel left out and in the unknown, I know I can learn their language but I just don't have the time, it would probably be better if you had know English to live here instead of not that will most likely drive most people away, now if I go somewhere else I have other things I can do to have me understand them and their culture

It doesn't matter what language you speak as i wouldn't feel left out because they will probably feel the same way when i speak English

If you feel left out make an effort to learn the language, others shouldn't have to conform to you because you're too lazy to learn their language.
