this can affect people in economic hardships because if the govt doesn't provide citizens with the proper assistance they can becomes weary of the govt and can create issues.

I believe a Socialist policy focus as opposed to one conservatively intertwined with private markets is the goal. Although as a step towards the transition of the means of production, this ideology is an effective stepping stone ahead of its predecessors.
