How do you feel when you hear languages you don't understand, and why do you think you feel that way?

I mostly feel neutral about it. It doesn't affect me so I shouldn't care. If a person tries speaking to me in a language I don't understand I feel bad that I cannot understand and communicate with them.

If people don't understand a language, it is better to be understanding that this is something that should be seen as normal.
