In my opinion a society cannot thrive without their leaders because it wouldn’t run easily and smoothly. Without leaders, society will fall apart, crime rates would increase, and everything will be unorganized.

No, it will crumble within itself beyond a small community of more than a hundred people. A society would collapse without rules, its been sited multiple times that eventually they have to make rules and rulers to enforce
