A person cannot be forced to give birth to a baby that they either do not want or are not able to take care of. Giving birth to a baby is only the choice of a mother. The United States is growing increasingly more overpopulated, so there should be no concern to add as many possible births to our country.

I believe that a woman should be able to chose if she wants an abortion or not, it is not anyone else's body. Say a 14 year old girl is raped, she should have an option to get an abortion due to the fact that she could die during birth. It is not considered murder because a fetus cannot move, think, or act in a fetus form.

I believe that women should be allowed to have abortions up to the 16-week mark of their pregnancy. Any woman who doesn't feel capable of being a mother shouldn't be forced to have a child. From when a woman finds out they are pregnant before 16 weeks there isn't a baby formed yet it can't feel or hear or talk it's a spec.

I do not think fetuses that are unborn are living human beings. They are still growing and developing. If I were to birth out a 9 week old baby, it wouldn’t function, it wouldn’t be able to be characterized as I human because it is not done growing and forming yet. Therefore, I think abortions should be legal to anyone who wants one at any time during pregnancy as long as the abortion wouldn’t hurt the mother.

What if the child was 12 or younger what you are saying is that they should carry the baby full term and give birth which could and might result in that child's death. Also people can't provide for children nor is the world a good one to bring in due to the rising issues and financial problems as well

A fetus isn't even a fully developed baby, never the less, a human without a determined fate/future and could grow up to be a psychopathic murder. Every person that has the female genitalia or has the ability to be with child should have the right to have an abortion for any reason as long as it's within the 10 week mark.

Abortions should be legalized. Some people who get pregnant do not want a child or cannot take care of it. Abortions are also not just for fetuses, they remove cells from the uterus or egg.

Most people don't even know they are pregnant at the 10 week mark and your "circumstances" do not allow for situations where a persons right of choosing to even participate in the act that would cause the production of a fetus to be produced into consideration. Nor do they consider the sort of life a child would have if they were found to have a life-altering deformity later in term or even become deceased in the womb. Or even if a parent can't properly care for the child, do you realize how overrun the foster care system is and the types of lives most of those children…  Read more are condemned to? Your position has no consideration on health risks for high risk pregnancies for mothers or children for when birth control and contraceptives fail and lives are in danger because a life isn't currently "in danger" you see it as murder. Women should have a choice a fetus is a fetus. A child is a child once it breathes on it's own.

I think it should not be murder, because the fetus has never experienced life, and I believe that if the mother cannot take care of the fetus it's life is already at risk. It should not be done past the 10 week mark.

Then you don’t have to get an abortion, but don’t enforce your beliefs on others. It is a medical privacy that should be protected. It is not forced on anyone. Pro choice is Pro abortion, it is pro you can decide what you want to do with your body.

I agree but It should be based on more than just a persons life, it should be in intrest of themselves and their phsical and mental well being.

Pro-life unless the victim was raped or if its a danger to the mother or child because if you knew the consequences between having sex and conceiving a child then you need to follow through with it. And its not the babies fault you are irresponsible.

Children can ruin someone's life if the are not prepared. A fetus cannot remeber anything and has also not built a life yet.
