That seems like so much work, if they aren't doing anything just let them be

But I don't think they should be able to benefit from american programs.

I think immigrants should be granted American Healthcare benefits if deemed necessary. For example, if a immigrant were to be injured that ends up becoming something terrible while on American soil, the same healthcare provided to American citizens should be given to that immigrant.
