If you tell someone that they are hated or discriminated against because of skin colour then they'll believe it and hate all the others and cause racial issues to flair up when nothing was happening to them

That is true, racial discrimination, specifically in high school is not as big of a problem as it is made out to be. In fact, the most racist people I know that are using slurs are black.
