Gun malpractice is something all people can do and it is something many people do do. Thus, regulation on gun control should be tightened to make sure gun owners are responsible, not just prior criminals or those suffering from mental illness.

Gun control should be handled with care since we are giving people actual weapons. Weapons that can actually kill people if we give them to the wrong person. So, we should handle it with more care then just signing a piece of paper to conform that this shop gave you a gun.

I completely agree with this statement, there needs to be more gun laws and regulations. It should not be easy to purchase a fire arm.
The number of guns in society is simply too high. If guns fall into the wrong hands, innocent people may be injured or killed. This country needs more restrictions on gun purchase and control. Criminals and mentally ill people should definitely not own any guns. Beyond that, people who couldn't justify the purchase should also not be allowed to own any guns.
