I think that Municipalism could inevitably restrict job opportunities of Omaha residents, as this 'blue island' has many businesses that the rest of conservative Nebraskans don't agree with (Gentleman's clubs, Abortion/Birth Control clinics, drug clinics).

Depends on the views of the leader and how invasive the rules are, on average I feel driving people apart will be inevitable if a system like this isn't done almost flawlessly.
